We require an experienced full time receptionist at the Tasmanian Centre for Hearing.

Duties will include the following:

  • Welcome clients, manage enquiries, make appointments
  • Have excellent communication skills with a clear speaking voice – especially on the phone
  • Be adaptable / flexible / good attention to detail
  • Experience with electronic practice management software
  • Invoicing & receipt of payments with daily bank reconciliation
  • Managing stock
  • Troubleshooting of hearing devices issues

Training and Experience:

In house training of industry specific skills will be provided.Experience with Allied Health or Medical Clinic would be an advantage but not essential

Remuneration:

Remuneration commensurate with experience and responsibilities referencing the Allied Health Professionals Support Services Award
