We require an experienced full time receptionist at the Tasmanian Centre for Hearing.
Duties will include the following:
- Welcome clients, manage enquiries, make appointments
- Have excellent communication skills with a clear speaking voice – especially on the phone
- Be adaptable / flexible / good attention to detail
- Experience with electronic practice management software
- Invoicing & receipt of payments with daily bank reconciliation
- Managing stock
- Troubleshooting of hearing devices issues
Training and Experience:
In house training of industry specific skills will be provided.Experience with Allied Health or Medical Clinic would be an advantage but not essential
Remuneration:
Remuneration commensurate with experience and responsibilities referencing the Allied Health Professionals Support Services Award
